Shipping and Returns
In the event of a dispute and if certain elements are not included below, only the French version of these General Conditions of Sale (GTC) shall prevail.
Shipping conditions
The order is accepted as soon as it is received and its validity checked. When sending the order, the buyer automatically acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale and accepts them.
Collection of goods
Deliveries are made in Switzerland and Liechtenstein only. Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days after order confirmation for in-stock items.
Return and exchange conditions
The customer has a right of return within 7 days of the arrival of the goods at his home.
