1. GENERAL
The confirmation of the order by the customer implies his acceptance of these general conditions of sale in their entirety. The contract for the sale of articles via the Internet is concluded between Funky Fibres and the customer. The customer declares to have the right to contract with Funky Fibres on the basis of the general conditions of sale present on this website. These general conditions of sale shall prevail over any other condition stated on our site.

2. CHARACTERISTICS OF AN ARTICLE
All of our items are quality products. They are not sold with any warranty other than that of the manufacturer. We use the best means to guarantee you a guarantee in the reproduction of the colors between the article and the photos available on the site. However, slight differences can be noted, in particular due to the compression of the images for the internet. (The photos and colour codes are non-contractual). 

 

3. AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

All our offers visible on the site are valid. The availability indicated at the time of consultation of the site by the customer remains dependent on the actual stock status. In case of unavailability of an ordered product, the customer is informed by e-mail. He can then choose to wait for replenishment, replace the product ordered with another available one or delete the product from his order. The delivery time varies depending on the products ordered. Funky Fibres cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery or out of stock.

4. PRICE

The prices of the items invoiced to the customer are those in effect on the date of the order and appearing on the order confirmation sent by email. All our prices are in Swiss francs, including VAT. Shipping costs are not part of this price and are added at the end of the order. They vary according to the order (see art.9. "Packaging and Delivery").

5. ORDER
You can order through the site by creating a customer account or as a guest. Once your order has been entered, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you and your order will be registered.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER
The order is accepted as soon as it is received and it's validity checked. When sending the order, the buyer automatically acknowledges having read the GTC and accepts them. In the event of exceptional circumstances, in particular insolvency or erroneous information, Funky Fibres reserves the right to refuse a customer's order.

7. INVOICING AND CONFIRMATION
Each customer will receive an order confirmation by email after payment confirmation

8. TERMS OF PAYMENT

The prices of the items invoiced to the customer are those in effect on the date of the order. All our prices are set in CHF. They are subject to VAT (included). Several payment methods are available: direct payment by credit card, advance payment by bank transfer, TWINT, PayPal and payment by invoice after delivery (only for regular customers, with agreement from Funky Fibres).

9. PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
We choose the most suitable packaging according to the products ordered, envelopes / recycled boxes as far as possible.

We only deliver to Switzerland or Liechtenstein. The carrier chosen for delivery is Swiss Post SA. The shipping costs are those charged by this carrier, increased by a small % for packaging and processing costs.

 

So that the customer can benefit from a fast and efficient management of our mail order service, orders are generally processed (excluding delivery) within: 1 to 5 working days for items in stock. If the order cannot be processed within this period, the customer is informed after validation of the order. The customer therefore has the option of canceling his order if this new processing time is considered too long. Without news from the customer within 48 hours, the order will be automatically validated. For Switzerland, the order is sent to the address indicated during registration within 1 working day (Priority) or 2 to 3 working days (Economy). This shipping time is in addition to the preparation time. We do not accept any responsibility for the delivery of the items. If the information transmitted is inaccurate, our company can not be held responsible for the inability to deliver and meet the deadlines. In the event of a delivery problems with the postal service, our company disclaims all liability.

10. GUARANTEE

Unless otherwise stated, the items supplied by Funky Fibres are new. Agreement on the offer is made on the basis of the product description sheet. If it happens that an item is defective or non-compliant, we will replace or refund it. See conditions under art. 11 "Right of return".

 

11. RIGHT OF RETURN
The customer has a right of return within 7 days of the arrival of the goods at his home. If the customer is not fully satisfied, he has the option of returning the goods in perfect condition, unused, washed or cut, at their own expense to the following address: Funky Fibres - Diana Rodrigues, Route de la Crête Blanche 3B, 3977 Granges.

After receipt of the said goods, they will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible to the customer's bank account.

12. DATA PROTECTION
The customer gives his consent that the personal data he has provided in the context of the contractual relationship with Funky Fibres is saved by Funky Fibres. Personal data relating to the customer is saved solely for the purpose of facilitating the purchase of new items by the customer and to ensure the smooth running of the commercial transaction (art. 4 para. 3 LPD). Personal data relating to the customer is treated confidentially (art. 7 LPD). Under no circumstances are these data transmitted to third parties.

13. OWNERSHIP AND LEGAL FORCE
The merchandise remains the property of Funky Fibres until full payment for the merchandise. These T & Cs as well as the contracts concluded in application are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive legal venue for all disputes between the operator and its users is Sion [Valais].
